Ah, the war on terror.
Is there nothing those words can’t be used to justify?

The Senate is currently debating a bill proposed by Sen. Lieberman called “The Protecting America in the War on Terror Act of 2005″. It aims to encourage the private sector to develop medicines to protect against biological attacks and epidemics, so that we’ll be prepared for outbreaks of things like SARS, or new anthrax scares.
